Speaking to Our Reception Team
When you contact or visit the practice, our Reception Team will ask for a brief description of your care needs. This helps us ensure you see the right professional as quickly as possible.
All information you share is treated in strict confidence.
If you prefer not to speak about your issue at the front desk, you’re welcome to write it down (on paper or your phone) and show the team discreetly.
Our Team Can Help You Access the Right Care
Our trained Reception Team will triage and signpost you to the most appropriate service. The Healthcare Team comprises of:
- GPs and Nurses
- Nurse Practitioners
- Mental Health Practitioners
- Social Prescribers
- Physiotherapists and MSK Practitioners
- Care Navigators
This means you do not always need to see a GP to get the right help.
